# JPT: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3.00% of the company's shares

JPT announced that its shareholder, Xiamen Tongju Tongyuan Consulting Management Partnership, which holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.27 million shares, accounting for 1.34% of the company's total share capital; the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Huang Zhijia, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.58 million shares, accounting for 1.66% of the company's total share capital; and the vice chairman, Liu Jian, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 760,000 shares, accounting for 0.80% of the company's total share capital. The reduction will be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading, with the reduction period from June 25, 2025, to September 24, 2025
