According to the needs of the company's business development, it is proposed to change the company name. The current company name is Foshan Yowant Technology Co., Ltd., and the new name will be Guangdong Yowant Technology Group Co., Ltd. The company's stock abbreviation "Yowant Technology" and stock code "002291" will remain unchanged. This change still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for approval and to apply for business change registration with the market supervision and management registration authority
