# ASD plans to invest no more than 150 million yuan in Vietnam to establish projects for cookware, small appliances, and industrial robots

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ASD (002403.SZ) announced that the company plans to invest in the construction of modern cookware, small appliances, and industrial robot research and development and production in Vietnam, along with the simultaneous establishment of a corresponding marketing network. The company intends to set up a subsidiary in Vietnam through its wholly-owned subsidiary ASD (Hong Kong) Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong ASD") as the implementing entity and invest in the construction of cookware, small appliances, and industrial robot projects, with a total investment not exceeding 150 million RMB (approximately 20.8452 million USD). The investment amount will mainly be used for establishing an overseas subsidiary, leasing factory buildings, constructing production lines, and related facilities
