# Overview of A-share Stock Buybacks: 146 Companies Disclose Buyback Progress

On June 4th, 146 companies collectively announced 147 stock repurchase-related developments. Among them, 3 companies disclosed stock repurchase plans for the first time, 130 companies reported progress on their stock repurchase implementations, and 13 companies completed their repurchase plans. From the perspective of first-time disclosures of repurchase plans, 2 companies had repurchase plan amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. GOODWE, Mingchen Health, and YUEYANG XINGCHANG had the highest repurchase plan amounts, intending to repurchase no more than 150 million yuan, 50 million yuan, and 1.661 million yuan, respectively. In terms of repurchase implementation progress, XCMG, Hikvision, and Midea Group had the highest repurchase amounts, repurchasing 2.7 billion yuan, 1.563 billion yuan, and 900 million yuan, respectively. Among those that have completed repurchases, 9 companies had repurchase amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day.
