# OJing Tech signs fundraising supervision agreement

OJing Tech announced that, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the registration of Inner Mongolia OJing Technology Co., Ltd. to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects, Inner Mongolia OJing Technology Co., Ltd. will issue 4,700,000 convertible corporate bonds, each with a face value of RMB 100.00, raising a total of RMB 470,000,000.00. After deducting issuance-related expenses of RMB 7,259,688.67, the actual net amount raised is RMB 462,740,311.33
