According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhongke Yunwang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Qin Jian as the legal representative. The business scope includes: solar power generation technology services; manufacturing of special equipment for semiconductor devices; sales of special equipment for semiconductor devices; research and development of electronic special materials, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by \*ST Yunwang
