# SHSTC: Invests to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary with a registered capital of 40 million yuan

SHSTC announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianchen Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has invested RMB 40 million in establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhu Tianchen New Energy Engineering Co., Ltd., using its own funds. The target company has completed the relevant business registration procedures and obtained a business license. This investment aligns with the company's development strategy and will not adversely affect the company's financial and operational status
