Airport Corp's holding subsidiary, Beijing Tianyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., won the bid for the high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing standard factory project at the Beijing Sino-German Industrial Park, with a contract amount of approximately 396 million yuan and a construction period of 737 days. The project is located in Shunyi New Town and includes three buildings, primarily used for the production of intelligent equipment and supporting facilities
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Airport Corp (600463.SH) announced that its subsidiary Beijing Tianyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as Tianyuan Construction) has received the bid notification for the high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing standard factory project at the Beijing Sino-German Industrial Park, with a bid amount of approximately 396 million yuan and a construction period of 737 calendar days.
The project is located in the Shunyi New City of the Airport Economic Zone, on the SY00-2902-6014 plot of Block 2902, and consists of three buildings, including one independent factory, one production support building, and one underground project. The intended use is for standardized factory buildings for intelligent equipment, including the construction of production facilities, supporting facilities, and an underground garage, along with the simultaneous implementation of pipeline networks, landscaping, and greening projects within the red line
