Zhenyu TECH announced that the shareholding ratio of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Jiang Zhenlin, Ms. Hong Ruidi, and their concerted actors increased from 45.9300% to 46.1638% passively. After excluding repurchased shares, the shareholding ratio was diluted from 46.9279% to 46.8796% passively, due to the conversion of convertible bonds and the annual equity distribution for 2024
