According to the announcement from Greenda (603931.SH), due to the shareholder's own funding needs, Aggregate Investment plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.9868 million shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system in a centralized bidding manner and through block trading.
