# KHUA plans to establish a subsidiary in Hong Kong to engage in cross-border trade

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, KHUA (001333.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds of no more than HKD 3 million to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, mainly to engage in cross-border trade and further expand its overseas business
