# The concerted action party of the actual controller of Liance Technology plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 640,000 shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Liance Technology (688113.SH) has recently received a notice from Mr. Yu Xuanxuan, the company's vice chairman and a concerted actor of the actual controller, regarding the share reduction plan of Jiangsu Liance Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. - Yu Xuanxuan, as well as a notice from Mr. Yu Lusheng, another concerted actor of the actual controller, regarding the share reduction plan of Jiangsu Liance Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. - Yu Lusheng.

Due to personal funding needs, Mr. Yu Xuanxuan plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 540,000 shares through centralized bidding, with a total reduction ratio not exceeding 0.84% of the company's total shares; Mr. Yu Lusheng plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 100,000 shares through centralized bidding, with a total reduction ratio not exceeding 0.16% of the company's total shares. The reduction period is within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
