According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LIER CHEMICAL (002258.SZ) announced that its shareholder Zhongtong Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongtong Investment") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 24.0131 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading from June 27, 2025, to September 26, 2025
