# Two directors of NNCC plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 147,500 shares

According to the announcement from Northern Navigation (600435.SH), the company's director and general manager Hu Xiaojun plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 49,600 shares through centralized bidding, which accounts for no more than 0.00329% of the company's total share capital and no more than 25% of his total shareholdings.

The company's director and chief financial officer Zhou Jing plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 97,900 shares through centralized bidding, which accounts for no more than 0.00650% of the company's total share capital and no more than 25% of his total shareholdings
