According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TDH (301378.SZ) announced that the company's shareholders Mr. Xin Chenghai and Ms. Shi Yuqing plan to reduce their holdings in the company, with a total intended reduction of no more than 3.4524 million shares, accounting for a total of no more than 3.57% of the company's total share capital
