# BOC AVIATION purchases 9 Airbus A320NEO aircraft and establishes long-term leases

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BOC Aviation (02588) announced that on June 4, 2025, the company entered into an agreement to purchase nine Airbus A320NEO aircraft from Airbus S.A.S.; and to enter into a long-term lease with Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A. Avianca for those aircraft. The transaction constitutes an eligible aircraft leasing activity for the company
