According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AVD (300939.SZ) announced that its shareholder Beihai Chengyu has cumulatively reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 1.1 million shares as of June 5, 2025. Beihai Chengyu's reduction plan has been fully implemented
