# Gian plans to grant 1.5 million restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Gian (300709.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, in which the company plans to grant a total of 1.5 million restricted stocks to the incentive recipients, including 1.2 million restricted stocks for the initial grant and 300,000 reserved restricted stocks; the grant price is set at 18.99 yuan per share. The total number of incentive recipients for this initial grant is 83.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of the first grant of restricted stocks until all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients have fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 48 months
