# Leadshine: Adjusted the upper limit of the share repurchase price to 52 yuan/share

Leadshine announced that the company plans to adjust the upper limit of the share repurchase price from 25 yuan per share to 52 yuan per share. The adjusted upper limit does not exceed 150% of the average stock price of the company over the 30 trading days prior to the approval of the proposal on "Adjustment of the Upper Limit of Share Repurchase Price" by the company's fifth board of directors at its eighteenth meeting. Other contents of the repurchase plan remain unchanged except for the adjustment of the upper limit of the repurchase price. This adjustment is based on the comprehensive impact of recent capital market conditions and changes in the company's stock price, and it is expected that the company will be unable to complete the repurchase plan within the originally scheduled timeframe. Other contents of the adjusted repurchase plan remain unchanged
