# The actual controller of Yanmade plans to reduce holdings of no more than 2% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Yanmade (688312.SH) has received a "Notice Letter" from Ms. Liu Yan regarding her share reduction plan. Due to personal funding needs, the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Ms. Liu Yan, intends to reduce her shareholding in the company by no more than 2.912 million shares through block trading. The reduction will be implemented within three months after the 15 trading days following the announcement of the reduction plan, and the reduction ratio will not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital
