# Actionpower's certain directors and senior executives plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.53 million shares

According to the announcement from Aito (688719.SH), due to its own funding needs, the company's directors and senior management: Li Hui, Su Hongmei, Zhang Jianrong, Li Chunlong, and Gao Peng plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares, which they directly hold, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. Depending on market conditions, they intend to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding or block trading, with a total reduction not exceeding 2.53 million shares, accounting for no more than 2.1927% of the company's total share capital, and the total number of shares reduced by individuals not exceeding 25% of the total shares they held before this reduction
