# BUCID plans to transfer its 9.24% equity stake in Beikejian, with a listing price of no less than 282 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BUCID (600266.SH) announced that in order to optimize the company's asset structure and resource allocation, revitalize existing assets, and improve operational efficiency, the company plans to publicly transfer 9.24% of its equity in Beijing Science and Technology Park Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beikejian") through the Beijing Property Exchange. The listing price will not be less than the net asset valuation of Beikejian multiplied by the company's shareholding ratio, which is 282 million yuan (final amount subject to the asset valuation report results filed with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission)
