JinJi announced that its shareholder Transfar Zhilian plans to reduce its holdings of 14 million shares of the company through block trading and centralized bidding from June 27, 2025, to September 26, 2025, accounting for 2.99% of the company's total share capital. Transfar Zhilian promises that if it reduces its holdings within two years after the lock-up period expires, the annual reduction will not exceed 20% of the total number of shares it holds in the issuer. The implementation of this reduction plan will not lead to a change in the company's control
