# EIT's two shareholders plan to collectively reduce their holdings by 6%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EIT (300815.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder Yang Minghuan and the shareholder holding 3.39% of the company, Tibet Yuneng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tibet Yuneng"), plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 23,915,500 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, with the intended reduction accounting for no more than 6.00% of the company's total share capital
