# GOLDENPOWER has completed the issuance of 5.4 million subscription shares

According to the announcement from Goldenpower (03919), the board of directors is pleased to announce that it has completed the subscription that was finalized on June 5, 2025. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, the subscriber has subscribed for and the company has allotted and issued 5.4 million subscription shares at a price of HKD 0.9 per subscription share
