# NB CONSTRUCTION's subsidiary jointly won the bid for the related projects of the JD04-05-06 and JD04-05-07 plots in Yinzhou District

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Construction (601789.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Construction Group") has recently received the "Notice of Winning Bid" issued by the bidder China Energy Construction Future Community Development (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. and the bidding agent Ningbo Guozhi Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd. The "Notice of Winning Bid" states that the consortium formed by Construction Group, Ming Sen Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ming Sen Institute"), and Zhejiang Zhongli Architectural Design Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongli Architectural Design") is the winning bidder for the design and construction general contracting (EPC) of the Yinxian District JD04-05-06 and JD04-05-07 plots, with a winning bid price of 787 million yuan and a construction period of 791 calendar days
