According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Winnerway A (000573.SZ) announced that the company had previously planned to acquire approximately 60% of the shares of Bochuang Intelligent through cash payment. Since the planning of this transaction, the parties involved have conducted multiple consultations on the transaction plan but have not reached an agreement on the final plan, nor have they reached a consensus on core terms such as the transaction price. Both parties intend to terminate the planned major asset restructuring
