# BAUHAUS INT'L issues a profit warning, expecting annual net profit of approximately HKD 7 million to HKD 11 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BAUHAUS INT'L (00483) announced that the group expects to achieve a net profit ranging from approximately HKD 7 million to HKD 11 million for the year ending March 31, 2025 (2024: approximately HKD 1.2 million).

The ideal performance is mainly attributed to the improvement in the group's operational efficiency, which has led to better asset performance, resulting in the following comprehensive impacts: a reversal of approximately HKD 1.4 million in impairment provisions for the group's right-of-use assets (2024: approximately HKD 7.9 million in impairment provisions for the group's right-of-use assets) and a reduction in impairment provisions for the group's properties, plants, and equipment to approximately HKD 200,000 (2024: approximately HKD 1.2 million)
