# WAZAM: Provides a guarantee of 60 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuhai WAZAM

On the evening of June 6, WAZAM announced that it would provide a guarantee of RMB 60 million for its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuhai WAZAM New Materials Co., Ltd., and signed maximum guarantee contracts with the Zhuhai branches of CITIC Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, with a guarantee amount of RMB 30 million for each bank. As of the announcement date, the total guarantee amount provided by the company for its subsidiary was RMB 359,770,000, with a remaining guarantee balance of RMB 141,992,490, accounting for 97.57% of the audited net assets for the fiscal year 2024
