# Control of GREAT-SUN may change, trading suspended from June 9

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GREAT-SUN (603336.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Huang Junhui, is planning to transfer the company's shares through an agreement, which may lead to a change in the company's control.

The company's stock and convertible bonds will be suspended from trading starting June 9, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
