According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CEEPOWER (300062.SZ) announced that on January 17, 2025, the company signed a "Letter of Intent" with Yangzhou Huading Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huading Electric") to acquire 60% of Huading Electric's equity in cash in the first phase. Given that both parties failed to reach a final transaction consensus within the agreed timeframe, they were unable to sign a formal equity transfer agreement. After careful consideration, the company has decided to terminate this intended transaction
