According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PANDAIRY (300898.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder Guo Hong and his concerted actor Zhou Wei will reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of 1.6142 million shares through centralized trading from December 8, 2022, to June 5, 2025, accounting for 1.3018% of the company's total share capital; after this reduction, the combined shareholding ratio of Guo Hong and his concerted actor Zhou Wei will decrease from 7.2299% to 5.9999%
