Gu Ze Investment plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding, not exceeding 11.552 million shares, which is no more than 0.55% of the company's total share capital; Gu Yang Investment plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading, not exceeding 51.4499 million shares, which is no more than 2.45% of the company's total share capital
