# Vazyme and Sinopep signed a strategic cooperation agreement for a synthetic biology collaboration project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Vazyme (688105.SH) announced that the company recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for Synthetic Biology Cooperation Project" with Sinopep in Nanjing. Based on the synthetic biology technology platform and combined with cross-disciplinary technologies such as organic synthesis and chemical processes, both parties will jointly promote technological advancement and project cooperation in the field of synthetic biology. The company plans to jointly establish a biopharmaceutical company with Sinopep, with the company holding a 49% stake and Sinopep holding a 51% stake, using this as a platform for subsequent cooperation and specific business work
