INZONE GROUP announced that at the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 held on June 6, 2025, Mr. Xu Feng was elected as a director of the company's 13th Board of Directors. Meanwhile, the 4th extraordinary meeting of the 13th Board of Directors approved the proposal on the election of the company's chairman, electing Mr. Xu Feng as the chairman of the company, with a term until the end of the current Board of Directors' term. According to the company's articles of association, the chairman of the company is the legal representative of the company. Mr. Xu Feng will serve as the legal representative of the company from the date of his election as chairman, and the company will handle the relevant business registration changes in accordance with the relevant regulations
