# NBTM plans to acquire a 34.75% stake in Shanghai Fuchi at a transaction price of 735 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dongmu Co., Ltd. (600114.SH) announced that the company will purchase a total of 34.75% equity in Shanghai Fuchi from five trading parties: Yuan Zhi Xing Huo, Zhong Wei, Chuang Jing Investment, Ningbo Hua Guan, and Ningbo Fu Jing, through the issuance of shares and cash payment. The company will also issue shares to raise supporting funds from no more than 35 specific investors, with a transaction price (excluding the amount raised for supporting funds) of 735 million yuan.

After this transaction, the company is expected to hold 99% of the equity in the target company. The main business scope of the listed company will not change, and it will further enhance the strategic position of the MIM business, fully leverage the complementarity and synergy of powder metallurgy pressing forming technology and powder metallurgy injection forming technology, strengthen the core competitiveness of the listed company, and open up broad development space for the company's future growth
