(NYSE: FOUR) has declared an extension of its all-cash tender offer through its subsidiary, GT Holding 1 GmbH, to acquire all outstanding shares of Global Blue Group Holding AG (NYSE: GB). The offer was extended following the transaction agreement made on February 16, 2025.
