According to the announcement from Guotai Group (603977.SH), due to its internal funding arrangements, the controlling shareholder, Military Industry Holdings, intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares acquired through centralized bidding on the stock exchange. The number of shares to be reduced will not exceed 1.652 million shares, and the reduction ratio will not exceed 0.266% of the company's total share capital. The reduction will be conducted through centralized bidding and will take place within three months after 15 trading days from the disclosure of this reduction plan
