# EASTCOM plans to sell no more than 1.71 million shares of BROADEX at an opportune time

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EASTCOM (600776.SH) has agreed to authorize the company's management to sell part of its stock assets in BROADEX (stock code: 300548) through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's trading system via centralized bidding or block trading within 12 months after the board of directors' approval.

As of now, the company holds 6.916 million shares of BROADEX. The number of shares to be traded: no more than 1.71 million shares. This disposal will be determined within the scope of the board of directors' authorization, taking into account the stock market trends and the company's financial arrangements
