# Taili plans to participate in the bidding for Shiqi Entrepreneurship Park for production and operation

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Taili Technology (301595.SZ) announced that the company intends to participate in the auction for the property located at No. 1 Minying Road, Shiqi District, Zhongshan City (including factories, office spaces, and other buildings) where its subsidiary Zhongshan Jianju Household Products Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongshan Jianju") is situated. The property is intended for the production and operation of the company and its subsidiaries. The company plans to purchase the property for an amount not exceeding 180 million yuan. If the auction is successful, the company will carry out renovations on the relevant buildings according to its production and operational needs, with renovation costs not exceeding 60 million yuan. The total investment amount for the aforementioned purchased assets and renovation projects is planned to be no more than 240 million yuan.

The announcement shows that the Shiqi Entrepreneurship Park purchased by the company is the production base of its subsidiary Zhongshan Jianju, and after the purchase is completed, the leased property will be converted into the company's own property
