# DAYANG BIOTECH plans to grant no more than 994,100 restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DAYANG BIOTECH (003017.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 equity incentive plan, proposing to grant a maximum of 994,070 restricted shares to the incentive recipients (a total of 7 people) at a grant price of 12.34 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the completion date of the restricted stock grant registration to the date when all restricted shares granted to the incentive recipients are released from restrictions (excluding voluntary lock-up, restrictions on share reduction for directors and senior management, etc.) or the date of repurchase and cancellation, not exceeding 36 months
