# AVICHM plans to list and transfer 29.9879% equity in Zhuoyue Forging

According to the announcement from AVICHM (600765.SH), in order to further clarify the company's strategic positioning, focus on core business development, and optimize industrial layout, the company plans to transfer its 29.9879% equity stake in Zhuoyue Forging Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuoyue Forging") through a public listing. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold any equity in Zhuoyue Forging.

Currently, the trading counterpart and trading price are yet to be determined. Preliminary calculations indicate that this transaction is not expected to constitute a major asset reorganization as defined by the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies," and it is still uncertain whether it constitutes a related party transaction
