# Cosonic: Plans to acquire beyerdynamic GmbH & Co. KG for €122 million

Cosonic announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cosonic International, intends to pay cash to acquire all limited partnership interests held by Carol Shirley Beyer, Carina-Gloria Mühling, Kaja Mühling, Daniela Gruidl, Dennis Gruidl, Samantha Carina Edwards, and David Edwards in beyerdynamic GmbH & Co. KG, as well as all shares and shareholder loans of the general partner BEYER DYNAMIC Verwaltungs-GmbH. The preliminary acquisition price is €122 million, and the final acquisition price will be determined based on the data in the financial statements on the final delivery date. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. As of the date of this announcement, the company is hiring intermediary institutions to conduct audits and evaluations of the target company and to advance the approval and filing procedures related to overseas investments
