Career International announced that the company's director and deputy general manager Wang Zhen plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 46,875 shares, accounting for 0.0238% of the company's total share capital; supervisor Sun Manjuan plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 62,154 shares, accounting for 0.0316% of the company's total share capital; deputy general manager Chen Song plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 169,400 shares, accounting for 0.0861% of the company's total share capital; deputy general manager Zeng Cheng plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 208,400 shares, accounting for 0.1059% of the company's total share capital; deputy general manager Duan Lixin plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 174,600 shares, accounting for 0.0887% of the company's total share capital. The reduction methods include block trading and centralized bidding, with the reduction period from June 30, 2025, to September 27, 2025
