# Invengo plans to launch a stock option incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Invengo (002161.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 40.686657 million stock options to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 5.50% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of this incentive plan draft. Among them: 34.6 million options will be granted initially, with a total of 29 recipients for the initial grant, and the exercise price (including reserved portion) is set at 6.65 yuan per option
