# JC Interconnect's subsidiary plans to increase capital by 67.1992 million yuan to acquire 51% equity in Wuxi Fuai'er

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, JC Interconnect (002530.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Fengdong Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangsu Fengdong") plans to increase its investment in Wuxi Fuaier Metal Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuxi Fuaier") by 67.1992 million yuan to acquire 51% equity in Wuxi Fuaier. Upon completion of the transaction, Wuxi Fuaier will become a holding subsidiary of Jiangsu Fengdong and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
