According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dongli Machinery (301298.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from Mr. Meng Shuming, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, and his concerted actor Mr. Meng Shuliang, regarding the "Notice on the Share Reduction Plan." The planned reduction in shareholding will not exceed 4.3305 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the total share capital (excluding shares in the repurchase special account)
