# Kingswood Education: Director Dong Bing plans to reduce his holdings by 0.4563% of the company's shares

Kingswood Education announced that the company's director, Dong Bing, holds 6.0075 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.83% of the total share capital. Dong Bing plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.5019 million shares, accounting for 0.4563% of the total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the shares were obtained through a private placement during the company's major asset restructuring. The reduction price will be determined based on the secondary market price at the time of the reduction.
