On the evening of June 6, YUM China announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on June 1, 2025, the company will grant several ordinary shares to non-employee directors of the company under the 2022 Long-Term Incentive Plan as their annual remuneration for services provided from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. The non-employee directors involved in this equity grant include Hu Zuliu, Robert B. Aiken, Mikel A. Durham, Edouard Ettedgui, Ge Xin, David Hoffmann, Lu Rong, Shao Zili, Wang Yang, Zhang Min, and Zhu Xiaojing, with a total of 71,800 shares granted. Among them, Hu Zuliu received 12,800 shares, making him the recipient of the most shares in this grant
