# Sinosoft: KeRuan ChuangYuan plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2% of its shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sinosoft (603927.SH) announced that due to the research needs of the Software Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (referred to as "Software Institute"), Kesoft Chuangyuan plans to reduce its holdings within three months starting from the 15th trading day after the announcement of this reduction plan, with the total number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 16.6208 million shares, which is no more than 2% of Sinosoft's total share capital
